Returns

Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns. If your item arrives damaged or not as described. Please send us an email and we'll make it right. Contact Us below.

 

Cancellations

Orders are open for cancellation.  You must request to cancel your item before we ship it out. We process orders quickly, usually within 24 hours. To request a cancellation. Contact us at Jody@pokepelican.com with CANCEL in the Subject line followed by your order number. We will take care of it from there.
